Anusorn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Thammasat University. His career span has encompassed more than 40 years in the audit & advisory area, including his several years of working experiences with EY in UK and Bangkok Offices.

His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence have been well reflected in overall firm value. He also completed the Director Certification Program, organized by the Institute of Directors. He currently represents the firm as SEC approved auditor of companies listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand and serves as Director of one of Thailand Top manufacturing and distributing seafood products with the export worldwide.

Kwunjai obtained fist-class honor in her B.A. Accounting from Thammasat University and obtained the Fulbright Scholarship to study toward Masters’ Degree in Professional Accounting at the University of Texas at Austin. She is also qualified as U.S. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Forensic Accountant Certification.

Kwunjai has been exposed to international audit practice through her experience with Big-Fours in Thailand and in USA. Her prior experience with Thailand SEC enhances the knowledge of regulations in M&A and IPO, a capability much needed to assist clients in valuation and due diligence process. Presently, she also serves as an Independent Director of a SET listed company. She has been active in as the Working Committee of Auditing Standards for the Federation of Accounting Profession of Thailand. Given her background and experience, she has also been invited as panelist for the Thailand SEC to promote the IPO and the role of the Audit Committee, apart form being a guest lecturer at several leading universities. She also joins the focus an international group at IAASB working committee in developing auditing standards.

Porntip holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Chulalongkorn University. She has over 20 years of audit experience, including 15 years of working experience with Big-fours in Thailand.

She has extensive knowledge of TFRSs and IFRSs. She also has expertise in applying auditing techniques in challenging areas. Her deep technical knowledges greatly contributes to the development of the organization. She has worked with multinational corporations, publicly listed companies, and companies under IPO process, across industries like manufacturing, consumer goods, and energy.

Porntip has served as a listed company’s Audit Committee Director and Risk Management Director. Her expertise spans complex accounting, audit challenges, and advisory services, making her a trusted professional in the field.

Prasitporn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Finance. He has over 15 years of audit experience, having strong expertise and knowledge in manufacturing, construction, and services industries.

He has an extensive understanding of the SEC, SET, and BOI regulations. He also assists clients in an IPO process as well as BOI compliance. He serves clients for domestic and international companies listed in Stock Exchange overseas, including Singapore, Malaysia, Italy, etc. Prasitporn also completed the Engagement Quality Control Reviewer by the Thailand Federation of Accounting Profession. At the firm level, he headed the Engagement Performance under ISQM1.

Juthamas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Thammasat University and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Chulalongkorn University. She has over 20 years of audit experience with EY Bangkok Office.

Prior to joining ASV, she led wide range of audit assignments with cross-border businesses and cooperated with international companies listed in Stock Exchange overseas, including UK, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc., compliance with IFRS.

Her experience also includes SET-listed companies in manufacturing, construction, services industries and REIT. She also involves in IPO audit engagements and provide consultation on local and IFRS conversion.

Wiriya is a financial advisor with more than 20 years of experience in financial & tax risk assessments. She has outstanding analytical skills and management experience in projects principally for Financial Due Diligence. She also has experience in controls and efficiency assessment of the company’s operations.

Her expertise also focuses on financial evaluation to identify potential risk and business valuations for domestic and international investors covering several sectors and transaction types.

Dolludee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in of Law (LL.B.) from Thammasat University, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Business Law (Business Tax Law) from Thammasat University. She also officially obtained a lawyer’s license from the Law Society of Thailand.  Her strong command of Thai and English has been a foundation for her extensive legal and tax advisory services career.

She is a Thai tax law expert with over 20 years of experience. Starting at Andersen Legal & Tax Ltd. (now KPMG), she advised multinational clients on corporate tax, VAT, and international tax treaties. She later served as Tax Manager at Nestle Thailand and Tax Advisor at ExxonMobil, specializing in tax planning, tax audits, and cross-border transactions and at DKSH (Thailand), as Director Country Taxation, she ensured compliance, international taxation (Double Tax Agreement, Country by Country reporting and Transfer pricing), implemented e-tax invoicing, managed significant tax refunds and tax audit, involved M&A including BOI incentives and other tax incentives i.e. ROH and IBC.

Currently, she joined Nexia ASV as a Head of the Tax Department. Her expertise and dedication make her a trusted professional in the tax and legal fields.

Kasipat has over 16 years of experience working for banking and telecommunication companies as an internal/external IT auditor, IT governance, IT compliance, and project manager. He also is a university lecturer in Thailand and guest speaker/trainer in various industries. Besides, he used to work as a Secretary of BITC (Banking Information Technology Club) in TBA(The Thai Bankers’ Association).

He has sound technical knowledge & expertise in various industries, including Financial services, Retails & Services, Telecommunications, Transportation, Distribution & Technology, Manufacturing, Property development, Insurance, and Hotel.
